I’ve been here before
A two-piece read. Where the now layers itself safely over the past, to find out it already was safe in waiting.
I came to understand that there are periods in my life where the unconscious seems to be proportionally larger than the part that is conscious. I’m in one now. What dóes makes it easier: the unconscious is making the moves, so I don’t even try to make it conscious. I see myself going through my days without overthinking. But I do miss my writing.
So I gathered my notes. When I had a hint of a sure feeling.
The most vulnerable part of creating, as I see it, is creating before embodiment. It’s when inspiration flashes to bring some of this new energy, but it does not feel genuine yet. Or encompassing enough. Creating without the satisfaction of what felt through art does to you.

Another flash of inspiration,
without feeling sure.
Yesterday's idea left me already.
Will this one be there tomorrow?
The new energy is monumental.
To which these first flashes can only feel hollow.
